Inspire Me Thursday - Reduce Reuse Recycle
I decided this was the perfect chance to have a play with a mixed media piece and use up some scrap pieces of paper. This was what I started with:
And after spending the most wonderfully relaxing, raining autumn afternoon painting, this was the final result:
And then this morning I decided that I didn't like the swirls glues onto the paper as they didn't look like they were part of the painting. So I added some more paint and this really is the final painting (I promise).

This was really fun wasn't it? I enjoyed this week's topic! I love your blog and your creative artwork and I notice your daughter is a Brats fan (my 10 year old daughter is too!)

I love this, I can feel her hovering in the air. Love the swirls you added.
I am enjoying seeing your art. Will go to etsy and have a look there as well.
Thanks for visiting my blog!

Sweet and lovely - and I just adore the stockings :) I also I like how you worked around something that didn't seem right to you. Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers,
